Majid Al Futtaim, an Emirati conglomerate in real estate and retail, initiated a project focused on elevating the shopping experience for luxury shoppers at Mall of the Emirates. My concept involves developing "Fakhama", a dedicated app exclusively for luxury shoppers, offering premium and convenient services to effortlessly enhance their shopping experience. This new service features its own distinct brand identity to cater specifically to the needs and preferences of high-end customers.
